At Trading Desk, we ship both within the UK and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your online order. Please note, returns from in-store purchases aren’t accepted at this time.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your Order Page.
  2. Create a return request.
  3. Once approved (you will receive an email), securely pack the item(s) and send to:

As soon as your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This could take up to 14 days.

Please Note:

If items are returned in a worse condition or outside the 14-day window (online only), we reserve the right to decline your refund request.
