At Trading Desk, we ship both within the UK and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Not feeling it? No problem — you've got 30 days to return your order, no questions asked.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
How to Start a Return:
- Log into your account and navigate to your Order Page.
- Create a return request.
- Once approved (you will receive an email), securely pack the item(s) and send to:

As soon as your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This could take up to 14 days.
Please Note:
If items are returned in a worse condition or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.
